Responsibility 1 Sale Dept check the suitation and files the form of Confirmation of NCR. 2 QC checks the root causes, and confirms the defects of the NC products and call a meeting and initiates Corrective Action Report (CAR) 3 Production Dept implements CAR and reproduce or rework the products for the customers.
